Sodapuppy Refunds & Returns Policy
Please contact us at info@sodapuppy.com with your name, tracking number/order number and (if applicable) detailed photos/video of damages within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) to be covered under our Refunds & Returns policy. If you do not contact us within 7 days after delivery of your item(s) you are not covered under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Delayed Orders
If your package is delayed or missing for 60 days or longer (45 days in USA or 110 days in Brazil) the order will be eligible for a refund. If the package has been 'delivered' according to your shipping update the order is not eligible for a refund. However, if this claim is made we will spare no efforts to verify the situation which can take up to 2 months and we do not guarantee a positive outcome.
Orders not Received
Sodapuppy will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered.
If your package doesn't arrive, please supply us with a non-delivery certification issued by the shipping provider with an official seal for proof of non-delivery.
Your purchase is not covered under our return policy if any of the following tracking notifications appear:
- Incorrect/insufficient address (if you gave the wrong address)
- No such number (if the address doesn't exist)
- Unknown Recipient (no name information or wrong name information connected to the purchase)
- Delivery Refusal
- Package not picked up (if for any reason your package is dropped off at a local pick up)
- No safe delivery location
- Customs/duties unpaid
Normally delivery is attempted 1-3 times. If the package is unclaimed during this delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office storage for 3-7 days. During this time you can collect your package. If you do not pick up your package from your local post office, it may be returned back to us- during which time we take no responsibility for the safety of your package and we will not resend or refund your purchase.
Damaged Products
Sodapuppy offers a full refund or a replacement if your package arrives damaged.
Sodapuppy offers partial refunds or replacement products if your package arrives partially damaged. Damages do not include loose threads, wrinkles, small scratches etc.
Incorrect or Missing Parts
For incorrect or missing parts, Sodapuppy offers a full refund or replacement.
If your item(s) arrives in the wrong colour or size we offer refund or exchange. To confirm: if the item arrives and it is a different colour or size to what you ordered we offer a refund or exchange. We are not liable if the customer has made an incorrect size or colour selection.
If your item(s) arrives with a missing part which affects the function we will offer a full replacement.
If your item(s) arrives with a missing part which doesn't affect the function we may refund partially or resend the missing part.
If the measurements of your item(s) do not match the measurements shown on our website please send us detailed photographs for us to deal with the dispute as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
For order cancellation contact us immediately. We may be able to refund your order if our warehouse has not already processed the order. There is no guarantee of refund after you have made the purchase.

Sodapuppy takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by acts of god, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
In the event that you need to return your item(s) to us we are not liable for the safety or protection of the package during transit.
